Can I change my order/shipping details?

If you need to change your order/shipping details please let us know as quickly as possible. Typically we will be able to change it without an issue :) If we have already shipped your product, unfortunately there is little we can do, as we process and ship it out as fast as possible. When will my order arrive?

Here at Freshly Fit, we ship to basically every location on the globe. Because of that, our shipping time will vary. Typical shipping time is between 15 and 30 days. Some instances, it can take up to 45 days. For some regions however, it can be up to 60 days.

I haven't received my package yet. Is it coming?

If you made an order with us, your order is coming! If it has been over 60 days, please send our customer service team an email. We will track your items and if there is any issue, we will organize a refund for you!

My order status still hasn't changed? Can you please explain this?

That is simply shopify's tracking system. If you have made an order, it is processed and shipped within 48 hours. It simply means there is a delay between our software and shopify. This is currently a technical glitch that we are trying to fix. Do not fear, your package is on its way :)

What shipping service do you use?

Because we ship worldwide, we use multiple shipping services. With our global reach, it will vary on your location and inventory available at each warehouse.

How come I see a different company on my billing statement?

We often work with different advertising and marketing agencies to help us spread the word about our products. You might see their name due to how we track their marketing efforts. Please make sure to direct all comments, questions, and concerns to us, as they will be unable to address any issues. Don't worry, your information is still 100% safe with us!
